Hello there! I'm Sorita, and I've been writing for about 2 years now. I post my story on Wattpad and I mostly like to write Fantasy, but I'm trying different things on my new story 'Black Venom', which is a little bit of a paranormal mystery and suspense kind of story. I love reading anything really. Just an awesome story and I'll read it all, no matter the genre And I have participated in NaNoWriMo, though it wasn't quite a successful first attempt. I'm planning to join again this year, and hopefully, truly complete a novel of some sort by the end of the month. My strengths and weaknesses...hmm. Well, I think one of my strong suits is description? I love describing things and playing around with words to create a new and fresh way to show something, though I'm still working on my description of places. I think it's still a little shaky. I'd say my biggest weakness as a writer is not enough patience for planning. Whenever I get a new idea, I usually feel compelled to write it right away, instead of taking my time to thoroughly plan and stuff. You can say I have a short attention span for that sort of thing. I'm hoping to change that. Oh, and I do want to publish in the future. It's sort of my dream. I hope to have a great experience here!

Hi Sorita! Nice to see you here! And another fantasy writer! Yay! I feel like I have friends. I'll probably see you around NaNoWriMo since I usually join. I used to write down stories immediately once I thought of them, but somehow, I learned the art of sitting on them for long periods of time and working on all the details. What I think it was that helped me do that was a story I really liked. I wrote it down immediately, but I didn't like it, but I loved the idea so much that I didn't just discard it. I tried writing it again. And again. And as I kept trying to write it, I kept thinking of more things to add and then, I had to start writing that stuff down just to keep track of it. Then when I decided to write it down (for last year's NaNoWriMo) I wrote out a plan for the story so I knew what happened in each chapter. I think it turned out pretty well.
I now tend to sit on all my stories for a while. I just have to resist the urge to start writing immediately. Like write now, I want to write this post-apocalyptic idea, but I am resisting.

Hello, I'm CoffeeNcigarettes. I came from Wattpad. I ave been writing for okayish for a couple years now. I just began posting my stories, and the feedback bit is really cool. I love talking to other writers as well. I write in the Fantasy, Romance, Teen Fiction and Action genres. I read Fantasy and YA fiction mostly. I think being published would be awesome, but I don't think my writing would ever be cut out for it. My uncle has published a book before though, so maybe there's some hope! I have never participated in NaNoWriMo, and it sounds like such a challenge! (I have trouble just writing the acronym!) My weaknesses would have to be how often I write, and m editing abilities. I can't write well to save my life.

Ahh I see. That's a pretty good advice And I'm trying to resist doing that now with this new idea I have in my head. I'm not going to focus on it much now though, since I'm trying to complete Black Venom by the end of the year. I really just want to finish one novel right now, you know? To say that I've actually written a book, even if it turns out crappy. Haha And I'll definitely search for you on NaNoWriMo. It was so lonely last year. I didn't get to meet many people. I think it's great that you've created this site with your friend. I hope many more people will join! And hello, CoffeeNcigarettes! It's nice to meet you. And don't be too hard on yourself. I'm sure your writing ability will improve overtime the more you get into it
